Mandar holds an MBA from INSEAD (France), an MS from University of Texas @ Austin and is a graduate in Civil Engineering from University of Pune. After a brief stint in the Information technology industry, Mandar joined the family business and led the diversification of the group from a contract firm to a business with interests in Real Estate and Construction Technology. He is also Founder and Managing Director at Synergy Properties, a company focused on the weekend home and tourism.
Mrs Amruta Deogaonkar is a post graduate from the University of Texas. She completed her Bachelors degree from College of Engineering Pune and also has an MBA from North Maharashtra University. Amruta is an expert at swimming pool technology and was instrumental in leading the diversification of Jaisons Group into residential projects in and around Pune. She also leads Jaisons Foundation, a non profit for social welfare projects.
While historically, Pune has always been home to IT giants like Infosys, IBM, TCS and many other IT enable firms for over a decade now,
the city has also been attracting lot of investments and interest amongst many startup and innovation hubs. From 'Oxford of the East' that the city has always been known so far, today Pune is in the throes of reinventing itself due to growing interest amongst the startup / tech companies that have established its base all around Pune.
